Step out onto your private balcony and be mesmerized by the breathtaking beach views. The condo is located on the third floor and does not have an elevator, please take this into consideration. For the comfort of all guests, we kindly request that you observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. To help keep the condo clean and tidy, please store all trash inside the unit and dispose of it in the designated bins located in the parking lot. We also ask that you refrain from flushing any items other than toilet paper down the toilets and sinks to avoid any plumbing issues. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony; a cleaning fee will be applied if there is any evidence of smoking or vaping. Pets are welcome, but they must be 20lbs or less, and we kindly ask that you clean up after your pet. Finally, please avoid hanging any items over the balcony and keep blinds and shutters closed after dusk to help protect sea turtles.

Inside was nicely renovated, had a comfortable layout, and everything we needed to make simple meals. Traveling with a kid and teen, we always appreciate separate beds in the second bedroom. The beach gear was such a great bonus! Some of it was in need of replacement, but there was enough to provide us with everything we needed. The TV only had cable, but it sounds like the manager is working on getting that upgraded. The laundry facilities are very dated (about half are out of order) and require $2 in quarters for both the washer and dryer (no change machine available), but I was able to get a load done. We didn't use the pool, but were glad that was an option. You can see the Space X launch site from the condo. Sadly no launches during our short stay. I would 100% stay here again as the condo itself, location, view, and beach access were so great." (8/5)
